Holistic Nutrition approach looks at the whole person, from what we eat, digest and absorb to how the foods manifest in our bodies. No one nutrition plan works for everyone, and holistic nutrition develops a balanced diet and lifestyle taking into account each bio-individual.

By taking a holistic approach to wellness, you will learn to acknowledge the different ways the body communicates, every single day. Many symptoms such as low energy, chronic fatigue, cravings, insomnia, depression or headaches are overlooked as part of the daily “stress”, which may sometimes lead to chronic ailments like diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, heart diseases etc.

Initial Consultation / Assessment: 90 minutes                                     $125

Includes intake form and food journal analysis, evaluation of your current health status and understanding where you want to be. This session will get you started on your health goals. We discuss foods to eat and avoid, hydration, sleep, movement and self-care amongst many things.

Individual Follow-up Sessions: 45 – 60 minutes                                  $110

6-week “Kick-start” Package                                                                  $600

This plan is for the self-motivated who needs coaching on how to lead a healthy lifestyle and achieve health goals.
