Slow Flow Yoga

Create space in the physical and mental body with mindful movement and meditation.

Focussing on breath guided movement, this practice of hatha yoga flows from one pose to next, creating balance in the body, mind and spirit. 

Slow Flow also incorporates restorative and yin poses, ending with pranayama and meditation. 

Join us to relax, restore, energize and journey inward.
