A powerful guided meditation technique called Yoga Nidra allows the mind to quiet while planting empowering intentions in the subconscious.

Yoga Nidra is meditation made easy, where we experience our silent stillness and make shifts from deep within and release what no longer serves us.

Setup Requirements

A mat

2 blankets

Optional: Eye mask / pillow

Optional: A bolster or thick pillow or cushion for under the knees

These props allow for supporting the body during movement and meditation.
