Turn in with Yoga Nidra
Pause and go inside with Yoga Nidra, from the comfort of your home.
What is Yoga Nidra?
A potent form of meditation, Yoga Nidra is a sleep based practice of non-doing, to pause the mind and the body.
A guided meditation technique like Yoga Nidra is accessible to most people, and is designed to use breath, body and awareness to disengage from the thinking mind and move you towards the slowest brain activity where you can change your relationship to pain, stressful situations, habits and enter a deep relaxation stage.
Why now?
In this time of uncertainty, fear and anxiety of what will be has overpowered our thoughts, emotions and feelings. It is now when we can truly turn inward and find the strength, to face the challenges so we can emerge courageously on the other side.
Who?
Kids 11+ and adults. All levels practice.
